I could really use a bushel of positive karma, thoughts and some Love wouldn't be so bad either!!!
Today is the first Friday in April which means that the Mazatlan Art walk and sale starts at 4pm this afternoon. This truly is the first time I have ever exhibited my jewelry much less sold it. To say that I'm a bit anxious is the world's biggest understatement. I'm not worried about selling any pieces. Remember all the profits go to Martha's NGO Conrehabit, so supporters will buy "Bleach Bottle" or "Macaroni" Art. This is my soul that will be exposed for all to see, and pass judgment. My hope is that people will not decide my jewelry does fit the definition of "Bleach Bottle Art"!!!! :)
I seem to be working with a bit of a handicap. My arthritis flared up in my right wrist a couple of days ago. Because I continued to stress the joint by using it, I now have a nice case of cellulitis in that wrist and hand. :( Soooooo I'm a bit gimped up, feeling helpless, and in a bit of discomfort. My positive karma is a bit low. Perhaps if you guys have a spare minute you could send a positive thought or two my way????
I promise to take the camera and take lots of pictures of jewelry and our table display!!! Soooo while I'm off having the time of my life you kids remember Now is a good time to make a bit of art, no matter where in the world you are p;)

Well honey if I were there I'd buy a piece! Hope you are doing okay and that the hand gets better. You will do great at the show! It's funny, I picked out the earrings you made (the lovely rock crystal ones) today and gots lots of compliments on my errands!

Yes Disneyland is very, very busy...do you think they would listen to us, if we asked them all to stay at home for awhile so that the Aussies can see & do everything?
As to selling your lovely jewellery, one thing I have learnt is that you never have any idea of how things will go. Sometimes the things you think will sell the best, just don't sell at all and vice versa......just have fun.
